General:

• Copy of Driver's Licenses
• Copy of Social Security Card

Income Documentation: 

• Paystubs – Last two (or equaling one month)
• W-2s / 1099s – Last two years
• Tax Returns – Last two years, Personal, Partnership(s) and Business as applicable

Asset Documentation:

• Checking / Saving Accounts last two months Statements (ALL pages)
• Retirement Accounts last two months Statements (ALL pages)
• Investment Accounts last two months Statements (ALL pages) 

If you currently own real estate: 

• Recent mortgage coupon/statement for ALL mortgages
• Insurance agent contact information for homeowners insurance policy
